Corruption has always created problems in the development of many countries, and Italy in particular. The presence of corruption in education threatens the efficiency of existing personnel in various public institutions and causes an outflow of capable and talented people who have suffered as a consequence of the corrupted system from the country. The Italian Republic is deeply disturbed by the fact that high rate of corruption can provoke total moral decay of society, increase in crime, instability in political and economic spheres of countries and other problems.

This implies that our country is veritably concerned about the aforementioned question and is willing to assist any state opposing the issue of corruption.
