Haval Easter Team-building

On Friday, April the 6th, there was organized the

team-building event for HMMR employees, confined to Easter celebration. After the short presentation of Russian Easter traditions, all employees were divided into teams to participate in 3 stages of Easter dishes Manufacturing process:
Stamping – preparation of curd easters by stamping using the special forms
Painting – painting and decoration of boiled eggs
Assembly – assembling the Easter composition, using prepared curd easters, painted eggs, cakes and other decorations
Each team got a reward in different nominations. After the team-building activities, the was a small banquet for all employees with traditional Easter food.

Ⅰ-Preparation before a meeting

1-1 A meeting, it's best to have only one topic. No more than three topics for a comprehensive meeting.

1-4 Prepare the meeting facilities, discussion materials, sign-in sheets, and confirm facilities are in good condition.

1-3 Ensure attendees know the time, place, topics and meeting materials. Pay attention to the information security.

1-2 Limit the number of attendees to only those who need to attend.

Ⅱ-Control during a meeting

2-1 Start on time, move fast, and end on schedule.

2-2 Guide attendees to speak actively and respect each other's opinions.

2-3 Control meeting order, avoid circular debate and digression. Not allow to be late, leave early and make calls without permission.

Ⅲ-Confirmation after a meeting

3-1 Prepare meeting minutes and send them out no later than next day.

3-2 Follow up the progress of meeting results until completion.
