Ivan Fedorovich is a talented person. He is fond of music, literature, painting. He goes in for sport. By the way he is a president of tennis club in Odintsovo.
Rubtsov can write poems. Some of them are devoted to his native land – Uzlovaya. They were published in the local newspaper “Znamya”.
The author is proud of the native town.
