Recommendations
Given the current situation with the development and implementation of social initiatives, as

well as the increased activity of non-governmental organizations working also on the environmental issues, we think that it is necessary to introduce a new and effective forms of interaction mechanisms between NGOs and public authorities at all levels, responsible for the environment protection.
