For example, full-time members of staff can receive extra money each year, which they can spend on a number of things. These include private healthcare, subsidized childcare to help pay for their children's pre-school costs, or gym memberships for those who love sport.
Some companies say that their young employees are not interested in pension schemes or paid maternity leave. They prefer flexible hours, training courses and annual bonuses.
