Sterlitamak is the second largest

city in the Republic of Bashkortostan. More than two hundred and fifty thousand people live here. Sterlitamak more than two thousand years.
The most famous sights of the city are the Museum of Local History, Victory Park, Park of Culture and Rest Yu.A. Gagarina
the State Russian Drama Theater, the art gallery, the State Bashkir Drama Theater.

Victory Park
This park appeared in the 1960s in memory of almost

nine thousand fallen sterlitamaks during the Great Patriotic War. After almost 30 years, a monument to the soldiers-internationalists who did not return from the Afghan war appeared in it.
