you can check U7000, if no
PP3V42_G3H signal , you
can check U6990

If step 1 is okay then check S5 power rails(PP3V3_S5,
PP1V2R1V05_S5), if no PP3V3_S5, you can check U7201,
if no PP1V2R1V05_S5 signal, you can check U7750

PM_SLP_S4_L signals, they should be high level after
power on

2. If okay, then measure J9000.31~J9000.36 and make
sure they are high, meantime also measure J9000.38
~J9000.40 have exceeded 34 voltage

step 2 is okay, then change L9701 due to high ESR of
L9701 will cause backlight to dark
4. If step 3 is okay, then check LCD_BKLT_EN and
LCD_BKLT_PWM signals from U9600 or no
5. If step 4 is okay, check F9800 is fine or no

PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT signals (both of them are high
level in normal state)
