Physical and geographical location
The territory of the region is influenced by

three main air masses: Arctic, polar (temperate air), tropical. The Western branch of the Asian anticyclone has a great influence on the formation of weather conditions in the cold season. In winter, clear weather prevails. The coldest month-the average blood temperature is observed in the North-18°C, in the South-14°C. the Absolute minimum ranges from 52°-44°C. in the Spring, the anticyclone weather regime is maintained, dry and windy weather is formed: the day is very warm, frostbite is observed at night.
