Scientific and public merit

Stroustrup's C ++ Programming Language is one of

the most widely read books in its field, which has been translated into 19 languages.
The next book, Design and Evolution of C ++, has opened up a lot of new things in the description of programming languages: new ideas, ideals, problems.
