Helena Alexandrovna received his education at the Buryat State Academy of Agriculture, faculty, and many worked as an inspector of the Department of industrial businesses to the state tax Inspectorate № 1, 1997 beginning are teaching career, in 2000-2003 he served as Deputy Director for educational work in the East-Siberian state technological University.
