1.What is an operation system?
An operating system (OS) is system software that manages computer hardware and software resources and

provides common services for computer programs. All computer programs, excluding firmware, require an operating system to function.

Defragmentation is the process of locating the

noncontiguous fragments of data into which a computer file may be divided as it is stored on a hard disk, and rearranging the fragments and restoring them into fewer fragments or into the whole file. Defragmentation reduces data access time and allows storage to be used more efficiently.

3.What is the computer virus?
A computer virus is a type of malicious software program ("malware")

that, when executed, replicates by reproducing itself (copying its own source code) or infecting other computer programs by modifying them. Infecting computer programs can include as well, data files, or the "boot" sector of the hard drive. When this replication succeeds, the affected areas are then said to be "infected" with a computer virus.
