As we first discovered DCO_mirror_plate significant plastic deformation when the batch

entered a warehouse on January 29th, 2021 (2000pcs), we filed a claim to HingTung requiring to fix this problem. Deformation (type 1) pics below:

HingTung suggested to eliminate defects by means of injection gate enlarge

in mold (from 4*0,8mm to 7*0,8mm). Samples after fixing received on June 02nd, 2021. Samples (30pcs+10pcs) analysis showed that plastic deformation was different from the ones received before mold fixing. Deformation (type 2) on samples as below:
