laws and priorities, the changing factors of the intensification of social production, the transformation of the paradigms of resource and technological support for economic growth necessitate the improvement of all components of the country's economic potential, including the transit one.

On the basis of systematization of the experience of the

Karaganda region, the importance of the geographical dominants of international integration in the field of transport is justified and it is proposed to highlight the regional paradigm of managing transit potential.
