Please follow the Below guidelines to create an operational plan for Crew, Media, Volunteers and Youth (separate for each category):
Organization Chart
Event Team Organization Chart
Number of staff production and service (ex: number of kitchen staff, service staff, overall managers, number of hostesses, logistics staff, etc.)
Staff service chart plan (crew, media, volunteers, youth) for lunch & dinner & all day coffee breaks.
Equipment used onsite (ex: ovens, refrigerators, scan hot and cold boxes, hot and cold cabinets, buffet tables, banquet tables and chairs, etc.)
Process plan for kitchen and production at different stages (10 days, 5 days and 24h before the event starts) Include also the process of fresh and pre-cooked food (transport, storage, etc.)
Mobilization plan to include (accreditation, kitchen setup, and service areas etc.)
Process plan during the event days including delivery, set up, logistics, food service etc. (please see attached F&B service timings)
Menus (including all day coffee breaks, meal boxes, etc.) please attach photos if available.
Service tools and equipment (please attach photos)
Suggested uniforms (please attach photos)
